Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://triipster.com and the Triipster membership (the "Service"), operated by [Legal name — company or your full name], [Street, postcode, city, country] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or starting a membership, you agree to these terms.

Triipster is an information service that emails you flight deals from airports you choose. We are not an airline, travel agency or booking platform. We do not sell tickets, issue bookings or take payment for flights.

When you click a deal you go to a third-party site (an airline or travel partner). Your booking is a contract between you and that provider, under their terms. We may earn a commission from these partners at no extra cost to you.

Fares come from third-party data and change constantly. We check deals before sending them, but we can't guarantee that a price, date or seat is still available when you click. Prices shown are indicative and may exclude baggage, seat selection and other fees. We aren't responsible for the accuracy of third-party prices or for anything that happens with a booking you make with a provider.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your login details safe and give us accurate information. One membership is for one person — please don't share or resell alerts.

• Plans: Yearly — $49.99 per year, including a 3-day free trial. Weekly — $4.99 per week. Prices are shown at checkout, and taxes may be added depending on where you live.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider, Whop. By subscribing you also agree to Whop's terms.
• Free trial: the yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged the yearly price automatically.
• Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from your Whop account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Payments aren't refundable for partially used periods, except where the law requires it. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from a contract. By asking us to start the Service straight away (including during a free trial), you agree that alerts begin immediately and that your right of withdrawal ends once the Service has been fully provided. Contact us if you think you're owed a refund.

Don't scrape, copy, resell or republish our alerts; don't try to break or overload the Service; and don't use it for anything illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The Triipster name, site, emails and content belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is active.

The Service is provided "as is". We don't promise you will get a certain number of deals or save a certain amount. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence or injury to life or health.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may stop or change the Service; if we shut it down, we'll refund any unused prepaid time.

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll email you before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by [Country] law. Courts in [City, Country] have jurisdiction, unless consumer law where you live gives you the right to go to court there. The EU Commission's online dispute platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; we aren't obliged to, and don't, take part in consumer arbitration.
